Police in Manchester have launched an investigation after a 72-year-old woman, who had been reported missing, was discovered deceased in a barrel at her residence. Primrose Hall had been missing since Sunday, prompting concern among her relatives and friends.
The distressing discovery was made around 10:00 AM on Wednesday by her relatives and friends during a search of her home in Gray’s Hill Close, Mandeville. The circumstances surrounding her death are now under police scrutiny.
Detectives have since cordoned off the area to process the crime scene. The investigation aims to determine the events leading to Ms. Hall’s death and her placement in the barrel.
