The Federal Government has initiated the Early-Stage Mineral Exploration and Research Grant Endowment, known as EMERGE. This new program is specifically designed to accelerate mineral exploration across Nigeria.
EMERGE also aims to bolster support for research institutions and actively promote the local processing of the country’s mineral resources. The initiative provides catalytic funding, targeting explorers, universities, and various companies engaged in the development of critical minerals.
